Do I need an account to read the guides?
No. City and country guides are free to read without an account. You only need one to save itineraries.
How are the guides written?
Parts of each guide are drafted with the help of AI tools, and they can contain mistakes. Prices, opening hours and transport change often, so check them with the operator before you rely on them. If you spot an error, tell us with the form below.
Why do some links go to Booking.com and other booking sites?
Some links to hotel, tour and eSIM sites are affiliate links: if you book through them we may earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. It is how the site pays for itself.
I forgot my password
Use reset your password and we will email you a link to set a new one. If you signed up with Google, log in with Google instead.
How do I delete my account?
Log in, open your account and choose Delete my account.
